TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: October 2026
Welcome to Majestas Sport ("Majestas Sport", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at www.majestassport.com (the "Website"), our physical performance assessments, 1-on-1 and group speed development coaching, bespoke injury prevention and rehabilitation programming, and international training camps.
By accessing our Website, submitting a consultation or assessment inquiry, booking training sessions, or enrolling in an international camp, you ("Client", "Athlete", "Parent/Guardian", or "Representative") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.
1. About Us
-
Company Name: Majestas Sport
-

2. Eligibility & Youth Athlete Representation (Minors)
-
Age Requirements: Our programs cater to athletes ranging from Academy Scholars (Ages 14–16) through to senior professionals.
-
Parental / Guardian Consent: Any athlete under the age of 18 ("Minor") must have these Terms agreed to by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the Minor’s participation, compliance with safety instructions, and payment obligations.
-
Authorized Representatives: If you submit an inquiry or contract services on behalf of an athlete as a certified football agent, sports management agency, or club representative, you warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind the athlete or their legal guardians.
3. Services Provided
Majestas Sport provides premium athletic performance and sports science services, including but not limited to:
-
Biomechanical & Diagnostic Assessments: Dual force plate analysis, optical laser sprint timing (0–10m, 20m, 30m), maximal aerobic speed and bleep test endurance profiling, and video motion analysis.
-
Speed & Physical Development: Individualized sprint mechanics, acceleration development, deceleration coaching, and power micro-dosing.
-
Injury Prevention & Return-to-Play Protocols: Targeted prehab regimens, eccentric hamstring loading, adductor strengthening, and joint/tendon resilience conditioning.
-
International Training Camps: Turnkey warm-weather performance camps in Florida (USA), Spain, Cyprus, and Dubai (UAE), covering pitch/facility access, performance coaching, and logistical coordination.
4. Medical Clearance & Assumption of Risk
A. Physical Readiness & Medical Screening
Athletic performance coaching and maximum-velocity sprinting involve strenuous physical exertion. By engaging our services:
-
You confirm that the athlete is in good physical health and has obtained appropriate medical clearance from a physician, sports medicine specialist, or club medical team before beginning any program.
-
You agree to inform Majestas Sport in writing prior to any assessment or session of any pre-existing medical condition, recent surgery, cardiovascular anomaly, growth spurt complication (e.g., Osgood-Schlatter, Severs disease), or recurrent muscle/joint strain (e.g., hamstrings, groin).
B. Voluntary Assumption of Risk
While our programs prioritize scientific injury prevention and careful load management, high-performance sports training carries inherent risks of physical injury (including, without limitation, muscle tears, ligament sprains, fractures, and cardiovascular stress). The Athlete (and their Parent/Guardian if a minor) voluntarily assumes all inherent risks associated with participation in maximum-effort sprinting, plyometrics, strength testing, and conditioning drills.
C. No Substitute for Medical Diagnosis
Majestas Sport provides sports science performance coaching, movement analysis, and athletic development. Our assessments, force plate outputs, and prehab exercises do not constitute medical diagnoses, orthopedic surgery advice, or formal clinical physiotherapy. We work collaboratively alongside your physician or club medical staff.
5. Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure & Club Liaison
-
Strict Discretion: We respect the commercial sensitivity of professional football, academy scholarship status, and transfer windows. All client identities, performance metrics, testing results, and personal conversations are held in strict confidence.
-
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): We regularly operate under formal NDAs for professional players, academy scholars, and high-profile clients upon request.
-
Club Coordination: When requested by an athlete, parent, or club, we will liaise directly with club performance directors or medical teams to share testing data and coordinate physical loads to prevent overtraining or fixture clashes.
6. Bookings, Fees & Cancellation Policies
A. Individual & Small-Group Sessions
-
Payment: Diagnostic assessments and training packages must be paid in full prior to session delivery or as agreed in an official commercial agreement.
-
Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a confirmed 1-on-1 assessment or training session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited and non-refundable.
B. International Training Camps (Florida, Spain, Cyprus, Dubai)
-
Camp Deposits: Due to the advance commitment required for pitch procurement, private performance facility lockouts, and coaching staff travel, camp bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation.
-
Final Balance: The remaining balance for international camp arrangements must be cleared in accordance with the payment milestones detailed in your bespoke camp itinerary.
-
Travel Documents & Passports: Clients are solely responsible for securing valid passports, relevant visas (e.g., US ESTA/visas, Schengen entry requirements, UAE visas), and personal travel/medical insurance. Majestas Sport is not liable for entry refusals, flight cancellations, or travel disruptions outside our direct control.
7. Intellectual Property
All training methodologies, programming frameworks, diagnostic templates, assessment reports, exercise progressions, logos, branding, graphics, and website content created by or displayed on behalf of Majestas Sport remain the exclusive intellectual property of Majestas Sport.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use assessment reports provided to you for your individual athletic development. You may not copy, commercially redistribute, resell, or publicly publish our proprietary training protocols or assessment systems without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law:
-
Majestas Sport Performance Ltd, its directors, performance coaches, and subcontractors shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of professional contracts, sponsorships, trial opportunities, club selections, or future earnings.
-
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
-
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any service provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Majestas Sport for that specific service or camp program within the preceding six (6) months.
9. Code of Conduct & Safe Environment
We maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all athletes, staff, and families:
-
Zero tolerance is enforced for abusive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or reckless disregard for safety during any session or camp.
-
Majestas Sport reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate an athlete’s participation without refund if their behavior endangers themselves, other athletes, or staff, or breaches facility rules.
10. Force Majeure
Majestas Sport shall not be held liable or deemed in breach of these Terms for any delay, failure, or cancellation resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, facility closures by local authorities, pitch unplayability, government-imposed travel restrictions, epidemics, strikes, or acts of God. In such events, we will work in good faith to reschedule the affected sessions or camp blocks.
11. Third-Party Websites & Links
Our Website may include links to third-party platforms (e.g., social media channels, mapping services, or payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operational reliability of any third-party websites.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
-
These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
-
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time to reflect operational changes, new technology diagnostics, or regulatory updates. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Website or services constitutes your acceptance of any revisions.
