PART 1: CHILD SAFEGUARDING & WELFARE POLICY

Majestas Sport is committed to providing a secure, supportive, and empowering training environment for all young athletes. We recognise that the welfare of children and young people (under 18 years of age) is paramount, regardless of age, gender, ability, racial heritage, religious belief, or socioeconomic background.

1. Key Principles & Standards

Zero Tolerance for Abuse: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, neglect, bullying, or discrimination.
Coaching Staff Vetting: Every performance coach, sports scientist, and contractor working directly with youth athletes must undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, verified prior to conducting any sessions.
Professional Boundaries: Staff maintain strict professional boundaries at all times. Physical contact is limited strictly to instructional biomechanical corrections (e.g., posture alignment, sprint cues) and is always communicated clearly to the athlete beforehand in an open environment.

2. "Two-Adult" & Open Environment Rule

No Isolated 1-on-1s Behind Closed Doors: All youth performance testing (including force plate screenings and sprint diagnostics) must take place in open, visible gym or track environments.
Parental & Guardian Presence: Parents and guardians are welcomed and encouraged to observe training sessions and diagnostic testing.
Changing Rooms & Private Areas: Staff are strictly prohibited from entering private athlete changing areas unless an urgent medical emergency requires immediate intervention.

3. Travel & International Training Camps (Florida, Spain, Cyprus, Dubai)

When delivering overseas warm-weather camps involving youth or academy scholars:

Travel Authorisation: Written consent from a parent or legal guardian is mandatory before any travel, accommodation, or camp booking is finalized.
Accommodation Standards: Staff accommodation is strictly separate from athlete accommodation. At no time will a coach or staff member share a private room with a minor athlete.
Emergency Medical Information: Detailed medical disclosures (allergies, emergency contacts, prescription medications) are maintained by our camp director and protected securely under medical confidentiality.
24/7 Welfare Contact: An identified staff member serves as the dedicated camp welfare officer for the duration of the trip.

4. Communication & Digital Welfare

No Direct Private Messaging with Minors: Staff do not communicate with youth athletes via personal social media channels, WhatsApp, or private messaging platforms.
Parent-Centric Communication: All scheduling, performance progress updates, training videos, and logistics must be directed to the parent, legal guardian, or registered academy representative.
Photography & Media Consent: We never film, photograph, or publish images or footage of minors on social media, marketing channels, or our website without explicit, written parental consent.

5. Reporting Concerns & Raising an Alarm

Anyone who has a concern about the welfare, safety, or treatment of a child at Majestas Sport should contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead immediately:

PART 2: ATHLETE CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE (NDA) PROTOCOL

Elite sport involves intense commercial and public scrutiny. Whether an academy scholar is navigating contract renewal, a senior pro is completing off-season speed blocks ahead of a transfer window, or an athlete is rehabilitating an injury away from club premises, Majestas Sport operates under a blanket culture of complete discretion.

1. Scope of Confidential Information

All information shared with or generated by Majestas Sport is treated as strictly proprietary and confidential, including:

Athlete Identity & Affiliation: Names, current club contracts, trial arrangements, transfer negotiations, and agent representation.
Diagnostic & Biometric Testing Data: Force plate rate of force development (RFD) metrics, bilateral asymmetry percentages, 0–30m laser timing splits, bleep test scores, and video movement captures.
Medical & Rehabilitation History: Tissue recovery timelines, prior surgical records, prehab protocols, and current physical bottlenecks.
International Camp Schedules: Travel dates, private facility lockouts, and hotel arrangements for high-profile athletes requiring public privacy.

2. Standalone Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

While all client data is automatically protected under our privacy rules, we routinely enter into formal, bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with senior professional players, family offices, sports management agencies, and professional club performance departments.
If your agency or legal team requires a custom mutual NDA prior to sharing medical notes or commissioning an assessment, we will execute it promptly upon request.

3. Club & Academy Medical Staff Coordination

We believe in supporting the athlete's long-term career in harmony with their primary team.
Strict Permission Required: We will never share diagnostic reports, force plate curves, or training volumes with a club's medical, scouting, or coaching department unless explicitly instructed to do so in writing by the athlete, their parent/guardian, or their legal representative.
Once authorized, we liaise professionally to ensure micro-dosed training loads align with match-day schedules.

4. Data Storage & Biometric Security

Secure Vaulting: Biomechanical screening data and physiological reports are stored in encrypted, access-controlled databases.
Access Limitation: Only senior performance directors directly involved in the athlete's programming possess access credentials to individual performance profiles.
No Commercial Data Brokering: We never monetize, aggregate, or sell athletic data to third-party recruitment agencies, betting syndicates, media outlets, or unauthorized scouts.

5. Facility Privacy & Private Sessions

At our domestic base and our overseas hubs in Florida, Spain, Cyprus, and Dubai, we coordinate private pitch acquisitions, closed-door track sessions, and exclusive gym lockouts to ensure training takes place away from public view, spectators, and media attention.
